The Art of Mask Making with Lindsay Carraway

$110.00

Join us at the Masur Museum on Saturday, May 3 from 12–5 PM for “The Art of Mask Making,” a hands-on papier-mâché workshop led by folk artist Lindsay Carraway (featured artist in our Current Exhibition.)

Inspired by folk art, the use of found objects, and mask-making traditions from cultures around the world, this workshop invites participants to transform a premade papier-mâché form into a unique portrait. Using materials like cardboard, paper, paint, cloth, and repurposed items, we’ll explore creativity through embellishment and reimagination, turning a blank “canvas” into a one-of-a-kind design.

Materials are provided.
