Joey Slaughter

Things are Heavy

Joey Slaughter, an artist working out of Ruston, Louisiana, is an Associate Professor of Art at Louisiana Tech University. He creates abstractions from conversation, as if you could see sound waves from analogue and digital devices passing through and around people. Slaughter has exhibited widely throughout the US in both solo and group exhibitions. (https://www.joeyslaughter.com/new-page-1)
