July 25 – 29 | Dinosaur Themed Ceramics Workshop for Children & Teens taught by Alyssa Guidry.
Camp participants will explore dinosaurs, fossils, and clay in this ceramics centered Summer Art Camp where art meets paleontology! Campers will learn basic hand building ceramic techniques such as pinch and slab method construction by creating their own “Fossil” Pinch Pot, Dino-whistle, and other projects. Snacks will be provided. Ceramic ware will be glazed & fired and available for pick up in 2 – 4 weeks.
This Summer Art Camp is taught by our Curator of Education & Public Programs, Alyssa Guidry. Alyssa has been working with clay and teaching ceramic workshops for over 10 years.
